The Durban University of Technology (DUT), sponsored by the National Institute for the Humanities and Social Sciences (NIHSS) in South Africa, has partnered with the University of Campinas in Brazil to host the first-ever “BRICS Postgraduates Forum 2022”. The forum aims to convene future scholars (masters and PhD students) on BRICS nations to present their research, either papers or posters, on the 26-27 September 2022. This is going to be a hybrid forum also to include those who cannot be in Brazil in person, but for those who are financially able, please do pick your preferred option on the registration link below for attending the forum for us to plan, as the venue can only take 50 participants at a time.
We will also be happy to hear from seasoned BRICS scholars ready to advise or promote some of the postgraduate students in their research endeavors for collaborations and supervision exchanges for the sustainability of the forum. But priority will be given to postgraduate students working on BRICS research (for in-person session). So feel free to share the documents with your BRICS networks.
In case of questions or clarity on the call, please get in touch with Prof Bruno De Conti (deconti@unicamp.br) or Dr. Ndivhuho Tsikovhi (NdivhuhoT@dut.ac.za). Registration link is open until 31 July 2022 here https://forms.office.com/r/n8ZcrwbLpB
