Associate Professor, Department of International Economics and Trade

Deng Yuping is an Associate Professor at Department of International Economics and Trade, School of Economics and Trade, Hunan University. She received postdoctoral degree from University of Western Australia in July 2019; Earned her Ph.D. in economics from Hunan University in April 2016. Her research interests lie in Foreign Direct Investment, Environmental Pollution, Environmental Regulation and Industrial Transfer. Her research have been published in well-known academic journals, such as Emerging Markets Finance & Trade, Australian Economic Review, Management World (in Chinese), Journal of Quantitative & Technical Economics (in Chinese) etc.

Professor Deng has been the leader of several research projects funded by National Natural Science Foundation, Hunan Province Social Science Foundation. Her awards include Best Chinese Paper in International Development Economics; Third Prize for Outstanding Achievement in Scientific Research of 7th Higher Education Institutions (Humanities and Social Sciences); Third Prize for Outstanding Paper in the Seventeenth "An Zijie International Trade Research Award".
