Associate Professor, Department of Public Finance and Taxation

Li Zhihui currently serves as Associate Professor at the Department of Public Finance, School of Economics and Trade, Hunan University. She received a Master of Economics at Hunan University. Her current work focuses on financial budget theory and practice. Her research fields include government budget management theory and system, government procurement policy and tax sharing system and local tax system etc. She has published more than 30 academic papers in CSSCI journals, such as Theory and Practice of Finance and Economics (in Chinese), Sub National Fiscal Research (in Chinese), Military Economic Research (in Chinese) etc.
