Luo Hongbin is currently Professor at the Department of Public Finance and Taxation, Hunan University School of Economics and Trade. His research interests lie in financial taxation theory and policy research and two-oriented society theory and policy research. His research has been published in multiple academic journals, such as Journal of Finance and Economics (in Chinese), Public Finance Research (in Chinese), Taxation Research (in Chinese) etc.
