基本信息

艾洪山,湖南大学经济与贸易学院教授,博士生导师,现任湖南大学社会科学处副处长。长期致力于环境与资源经济学、健康经济学、发展经济学、数字经济等领域研究。入选国家首批“国际清洁能源拔尖创新人才”项目,先后到美国加州伯克利大学、澳大利亚麦考瑞大学、瑞典麦拉达伦大学进行访学。主持国家自然科学基金项目2项、湖南省自然科学杰出青年基金项目1项、地方专项课题20余项,参加国家社科基金重大项目5项(子课题负责人1项)、一般项目6 项,出版专著1本,在《管理世界》《中国行政管理》《光明日报(理论版)》《经济日报(理论版)》《China Economic Review》《World Development》等国内外重要期刊发表论文70余篇,CSSCI、SSCI、SCI 期刊论文检索50余篇。担任《管理世界》《世界经济》《Energy Policy》《Economic Modelling》等国内外期刊的匿名审稿人,担任国家自然科学基金委面上项目和青年项目匿名评审专家。相关研究成果获省部级以上批示3次,入选“芙蓉计划湖湘青年英才”支持项目和湖南大学“岳麓学者”计划,获湖南省科技进步二等奖、湖南省社科联优秀奖、广西自治区哲学社会科学二等多项。

研究领域

本人长期致力于生态环境保护与区域经济高质量发展、自然资本价值核算与自然资源价值实现、污染治理与碳减排、数字化转型与大数据应用、全球价值链重构与贸易政策等领域的研究:

(1)在理论研究方面专注探析环境规制的有效性及优化策略、分析碳减排机制与气候变化适应策略、构建环境污染和气候变化的多元主体协同治理和适应体系;

(2)在实证研究层面擅长生产率测度、自然资源价值核算、生态环境和气候变化的经济社会和健康福利效应评估;

(3)在实践应用方面注重探究企业价值链跃升的培育机制与优化路径、企业能源效率提升的有效措施和实施方案、绿色低碳发展方式转变的典型模式与对策建议、数字化转型的策略规划与实践路径。
