管理学博士，国际经济与贸易系副教授，硕士生导师，Associate Fellow of Higher Education Academy（UK），研究领域包括发展经济学、劳动经济学，兼任Global Labor Organization、湖南省系统工程与管理学会、中非经贸合作研究院等机构学术和社会服务。
近年来主持科技部高端外国专家项目1项，湖南省社会科学青年项目1项，湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目1项，在Economic Modelling、China Economic Review、Computers & Industrial Engineering等国外重要学术期刊上发表多篇文章，担任Economic Modelling、Transportation Research Part E 等期刊匿名审稿专家。
